We handle any requests - we want our brides and hosts to be stress-free & complete your vision from beginning to end. We love getting special requests & doing research to make your day totally "you" & absolutely amazing. We have over 35 years industry experience and look forward to making your vision a reality. Prices start @$ 3400.00 for complete wedding and party planning including all aspects of your wedding or event. We also offer partial planning - let us know what works for you.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT:   

FOODIES OFFERS FULL SERVICE BRIDE BUTLERS & GROOM BUTLERS: starting at $ 1000.00

Before your Big Day:

  • Venue visit run through
  • Run through with caterer of all timing and aspects of wedding days - before & after.
  • Schedule of events starting with the rehearsal dinner
  • Confirm all vendors 7-14 days prior to your wedding and get a go - ahead ready for all
  • Review of all vendor contracts, payment of vendors - so our brides do not have to deal with the trivial stuff.

On your Big Day:

  • We will be at your side from early morning make up, through pictures, limo ride till he last dance. We will pack up your gifts, left over liquor, cake top & any other items that need tending to. We make sure your day is completely stress free, handle all questions from vendors, and deal with everything the bride doesn't have to or want to.
  • bring with - the bridal breakfasts &/or lunches same for the groomsmen.
  • make sure all flowers, favors, seating chart, guests cards, signage, photo booth etc are all where they should be.
  • make sure you are photo ready every minute.
  • when problems arise you won't even know, our staff has 26 years experience in events and capable of handling any & all issues.
  • payment of staff, and any other last minutes details.
  • At the end of the night, we will be there to ensure that all of your decor gets packed & sent where ever you decided it should go.
